Jesse Bias

Jesse is an Oklahoma native who joined us in March 2010. He has been in the Angus business for 21 years and has focused on the reproduction aspect of the business for the past 16 years. Jesse takes care of the Donor herd and purebred cows as well as all reproduction of the cowherd. He is married to Lorie and has two children Jesse Jr, and Julie and one grand daughter Simmone.

Dave Crowl

Dave has been with Pollard Farms for 26 years, serving as the manager of stocker and feeder cattle operations and farm manager. Dave is the proud father of two adult daughters, Kelly and Regan.

 

José Herrera

José has been with us since 1996. He cares for the cow herd and their calves like no one else could. José and his wife Zenieda have four children, Armondo, Sandra, Angelica, Annayelli and two grandchildren.

 

Dinah Johnston

Dinah also joined us in the fall of 2011. Her extensive experience will allow her to work alongside Randy with the sale cattle, with an emphasis on the show prospect development, as well as work to enhance the Junior Show Heifer Program at Pollard Farms. Dinah has two grown sons, Austin and Garrett and one grandson, Rex.

 

 

Linda McElroy

Linda has been with us since 1985. She serves as both my neurosurgery office manager and overall Pollard Farms office manager. She also serves on the Waukomis School Board. Linda and her husband Eddie have three children, Lee, Taylor and McKenzie.

 

 

Kathy Parrish

Kathy joined us as our ranch office secretary in May 2011. She has spent over 25 years working in the commercial cow/calf aspect of ranching and joins us from southeastern Colorado. Kathy has 3 grown sons, Zach, Kit & Tyler & 3 grandsons.

 

 

Kevin Thedford

Kevin Thedford has been a member of our crew since 2006. He assists with the day to day activities and tasks of the farming side of our operation. He also periodically helps with the purebred cattle side here at Pollard Farms. Kevin is currently attending Oklahoma State University and is scheduled to graduate in May of 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business with a Marketing option.

 

Geraldo Vasquez

Geraldo joined us in 2010 and helps Jose with the cow herd and calves.  He is married to Sandra and they have one daughter Allesa.

 

 

 

 

Randy White

In the fall of 2011 Randy joined the crew bringing with him a wealth of knowledge having spent his entire life working in the cattle business. He will be focusing on our sale cattle and show prospects. Randy has three grown children, Ryan, Lindsey and Cody.
